OTHER: Catskill is an heirloom sprout that grows on dwarf plants, making them delightfully easy to pick. With the plants smaller stature & sturdy stalks, they can be grown in containers. Catskill offers a very high yield of extra-large, round, green, uniform 2″ sprouts with a rich flavor. You can also use the sweet & tender leaves for greens.
