Kohl Rabi Kossak Seeds

An easy to grow Brassica which matures in as little as 12 weeks from sowing and resists bolting! Kohl rabi Kossak produces large bulbs of up to 3kg which remain tender, without becoming woody. The pale green bulbs have a pleasant, mild flavour. Both the stems and the leaves can be enjoyed in stir fries and salads, making this a versatile no waste vegetable. Height: 35cm (14).
