Also known as the ‘Urn’ plant, these plants have leathery arched leaves in blotched silver and green that overlap into a rosette forming a watertight “vase” or “urn”. Easy to care for, they make excellent houseplants when you’re looking for something tropical
Native To: South America
Growth habit: Epiphytic
Water: Ensure the axel of the bromeliad is always holding some water. Do not water the substrate, this is purely for anchorage and doing so will quickly rot the plant.
Light: Bright indirect light.
Humidity: 60-80%
Please note we cannot guarantee the plant will still be in flower upon arrival. Once Bromeliads flower, they will eventually die (this can take up to 2 years) but will produce several pups to continue the cycle.
