Bean ‘Speckled Cranberry’ (Organic)

Closely related to ‘Borlotti’ beans, there is some conjecture as to their heritage, but their is no disputing their creamy texture. While the colour disappears during cooking the flavour is enhanced, with these beans traditionally cooked in clay pots for maximum taste. Though Speckled Cranberry is not strictly a climbing bean, a teepee structure is needed for support. A must-have bean for the summer garden.
