Pennisetum Hameln

Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit

You’ll be smitten with ‘Hameln’ (just like we are). Its arching to cascading foliage is elegant and intriguing, verdant with yellow accents in summer, turning golden yellow in fall, fading to beige and remaining attractive throughout the winter. The finely textured foliage supports silvery white to coppery tan bottlebrush plumes from late summer until the first frost. These fluffy plumes add visual interest not only to the garden, whether in a bed or container, but also to cut and dried arrangements.

A pure delight in sunny landscapes, this easy-care ornamental fountain grass is a boon to busy gardenersand one you won’t have to sweat over.
