This eye-catching eggplant has pretty purple and white speckled skin that covers firm flesh that is perfect for both stuffing and pickling. The charming, egg-like fruits are plump and oval, about 8x10cm (3″x4) in size, and they have a long shelf life. The hybrid plants are vigorous and productive in the open field or greenhouse. Piccolo is parthenocarpic so fruits can set without fertizilation. We grew this eggplant in our field trials with fantastic results.
