Days to Harvest: Variable. Round heads to 10 cm (4″) in diameter have smooth white leaves with intricately patterned red flecks.

Sowing: Sow seeds in successive crops every 2 weeks from April to August, as long as weather is cool.

Comments: Water stress during dry, hot periods can induce bolting.
