Snowy F1 Organic

[description action=”start”]

This Italian-type eggplant produces 18cm (7″) long fruits with glossy, snowy white skins that resists yellowing. The sweet, mild flesh is meaty and firm, holding up well in cooking. The sturdy plants are vigorous, and well adapted to a wide variety of conditions, including containers. This fast grower is a great choice for growers in short season areas.
