String of Hearts: Ceropegia woodii – 5 inch hanging basket

A plant that many people love to love, String of Hearts looks like a living lace. Delicate yet durable, this South African native features tiny, heart-shaped leaves that are emerald with silvery etchings, and a moody purple underneath. It is a “set it and forget it” climber that thrives when cascading down a bookshelf. Between late summer and autumn it can bloom small, tubular flowers, which look like miniature pink pipes nestled among the vines.
